Vocational Teachers’ Competence Objectives are Changing

Rinne and Raudasoja (2020) discuss VET teachers´ competencies, skills and knowledge needed in the future. Globalisation and rapid techological development change societies, working life and conceptions of work. These changes affect VET organisations and VET teachers. VET teachers have to have competence to guide their students towards future work life and plan relevant study paths even if the skills needed in future work life is uncertain.
