HAMK School of Professional Teacher Education (HAMK SPTE) has 60 years' experience in professional teacher education and it is one of the largest educators nationally. HAMK SPTE emphasises national presence in its operations and plays a key role in developing the national education structure, vocational school reform and training of vocational teachers. HAMK SPTE offers training programmes for initial and continuing teacher education, guidance counsellors and special needs teachers.
